2023-24 Season

Soaring Beyond

Saturday, May 18, 2024 @3:00pm
The United Baptist Church
7100 Columbia Pike
Annandale, VA 22003

Our program features songs that will lift your spirits and inspire you with stories of persisting in the face of being stifled, such as “Live Out Loud” from A Little Princess, finding hope and joy in spite of fear, as in Mozart’s “Un moto di gioia,” and reaching the unreachable star, like Don Quixote’s “The Impossible Dream.”

The Arc of Northern Virginia is a 61-year old nonprofit organization that represents and serves over 39,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)—such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and rare chromosomal disorders—of all ages and their families. The Arc of Northern Virginia provides guidance and support for families, connecting them to services, supports, and solutions as they navigate the challenges and concerns throughout each stage of life for their loved ones with IDD.
